Blow Moulds

Blow Moulds:

Blow moulds are specialized tools, essentially hollow metal forms, used in the blow moulding process to create hollow plastic products. A heated, softened plastic tube (called a parison or preform) is placed inside the mould, and then compressed air is blown into it, forcing the plastic to expand and conform to the mould’s internal shape. Once cooled, the mould opens, revealing the finished, hollow item. These moulds are crucial for efficiently mass-producing a vast array of everyday items like bottles, containers, toys, and automotive ducts
